Answer was quite simple after saying the patient was incorrect about denials. She forgot she had recently gotten a flu shot and Covid booster. Checked her vaccination record because EMR stated she had these done concurrently, left the examination room to confirm dates and lined up. This led to acute lymphadenopathy of her right armpit. Patient was able to RTC 7 days later with full reduction and deemed just an adverse side effect of the vaccinations. Patient never returned but was seen by sister hospital alive and well for her yearly physical. That was WNR for everything.

Physical is performed that suggests a 1.2cm mass, US is performed to confirm size and r/o something serious. Patient discharges with no medication and treatment plan of staying on bed rest for 7 days and fully recovers. What was the Dx given?
